Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Tailoring Time

All standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom or hand-tailored costumes may require specific production windows (typically 4–7 days). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Processing Days: Monday – Friday

2. Dispatch & Fulfillment Location

All items are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched directly from our primary fulfillment center:

Local Postal Services – for last-mile delivery in various countries

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination region and total parcel weight.

*We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for any international shipping destinations.

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your unique tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Astricos is not responsible for any customs and import duties applied to your order upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including customs tariffs, local taxes, etc.).
